Our studio was born from a shared belief: that every person deserves a dedicated space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Founded by a collective of certified yoga teachers, meditation coaches, and wellness advocates with over two decades of combined practice, we designed a space where ancient wisdom meets contemporary urban life. Located at the cultural crossroads of Berlin's Kurfürstendamm, our studio bridges the bustle of the city with the serenity of mindful movement.
Each studio room is thoughtfully designed with natural materials — oak floors, linen cushions, handcrafted clay pots, and Himalayan salt lamps — creating an atmosphere of warmth and grounded tranquillity. Our instructors hold internationally recognised qualifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Vipassana meditation, and somatic breathwork. We believe that healing happens in community, and our class sizes are intentionally kept small so that every participant receives personal attention, meaningful guidance, and a sense of genuine belonging.
Beyond classes, we regularly host immersive weekend retreats, themed workshop series on topics like stress resilience and nervous system regulation, as well as community events celebrating seasonal transitions. We partner with local herbalists, sound healers, and nutritional coaches to offer holistic programmes that honour mind, body, and spirit.
